John started an SMS consulting company in 2004 after a 30 year career as a pilot, mechanic, flight engineer, and check airman for part 121 and 91 flight ops. Has performed 200+ SMS implementations and continues to provide managed SMS services to dozens of corporate operators. Has developed and provided implementation plans, SMS procedures and workbook manuals to part 139.
